Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions explain how The Spartans Club operates and what is expected from every student, parent, or guardian. Please read them carefully before enrolling in any martial arts, fitness, or home-training program.

Eligibility and Enrolment

The Spartans Club accepts children from 3 years onward, along with participants of older age groups. Students under 18 may join only with parent or legal guardian consent, and accurate contact and health details must be shared at the time of enrolment. We may also recommend suitable training adjustments when needed for safety.

Training Programs and Facilities

Our academy may provide martial arts, fitness and conditioning, self-defence, flexibility work, and skill-building sessions. Facilities such as indoor training space, equipment, drinking water, parking, washrooms, and security are offered based on availability and venue rules. Students are expected to follow instructor guidance and use all equipment responsibly.

Fees and Payment

Any applicable fee structure will be shared before enrolment. Students from government schools covered under our free-training initiative will not be charged tuition fees for the included training, while private-school students may be asked to pay nominal fees as communicated by the academy. Payment timelines, registration charges, or other additional amounts will always be explained in advance.

Attendance and Punctuality

Students should arrive on time and attend classes regularly to maintain consistent progress.
Parents or guardians should inform the academy when a student is unable to attend.
Parents or guardians are responsible for arranging the safe arrival and collection of minors, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Discipline and Student Conduct
All students are expected to:
Treat instructors, fellow students, staff, and visitors with respect.
Follow instructions and maintain discipline during training.
Avoid bullying, harassment, discrimination, abusive language, fighting outside supervised training, and any intentional misuse of martial arts skills.
Wear suitable training attire and any required protective equipment.
Keep the training area clean and respect academy property and facilities.
Serious or repeated misconduct may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or termination of enrolment after appropriate consideration of the circumstances.

2. Health, Safety and Physical Activity
Martial arts and fitness activities involve physical exertion and may carry risks, including falls, strains, bruises, and other injuries.
Students must follow safety instructions, use protective equipment when required, and avoid attempting techniques beyond their current ability or without instructor supervision.
Parents or guardians must disclose relevant medical information concerning minor students.
Students should inform the instructor of pain, dizziness, injury, illness, or discomfort before or during training.
Training may be modified, paused, or stopped when necessary to protect a participant's safety.

The academy will take reasonable precautions to promote safe training and respond appropriately to emergencies.

Home Training Classes

Home-training sessions are available subject to trainer availability, location, scheduling, and mutual agreement.
Fees, travel arrangements, session duration, and cancellation terms will be communicated before booking.
Parents or guardians must ensure a suitable, reasonably safe training area for minor students.
The student or parent/guardian must provide accurate information about the training location and any relevant safety concerns.

Any changes or cancellations should be communicated within the agreed notice period.

Use of Equipment and Property

Students must use equipment only for its intended training purpose and under appropriate supervision.
Any accidental damage or safety concern should be reported promptly.
Deliberate damage, theft, or misuse of property may lead to appropriate disciplinary action, subject to applicable law.

The academy is not responsible for unattended personal belongings except where liability arises under applicable law.

Photography, Videos and Publicity

Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken for training records, student achievements, or academy promotions.
For minors, the academy will obtain appropriate parent or guardian consent before using identifiable photographs or videos for public promotional purposes.
Students and parents may communicate any applicable consent restrictions to the academy.

Personal information and images will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

Role of APEX Fitness & Wellness Foundation

The Spartans Club operates with the support of APEX Fitness & Wellness Foundation. The specific responsibilities of each organization, including training, administration, payments, and event activities, will be communicated where relevant. The academy's use of the foundation's name or branding does not, by itself, alter the legal responsibilities of either organization.

Suspension or Termination of Enrolment

The academy may suspend or terminate enrolment for serious misconduct, repeated safety violations, abusive behaviour, non-payment of applicable fees after reasonable notice, or other legitimate reasons. Decisions will be handled fairly, with due consideration for the student's age, circumstances, and applicable law.
Any outstanding payments, refunds, or other financial matters will be settled in accordance with the communicated policies and applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

The academy may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Material changes will be communicated to students or parents, and applicable legal requirements will be followed.
